In accordance with Article 44 of the Law on Consumer Protection in Bosnia and Herzegovina, FK Sarajevo d.o.o. informs esteemed consumers who purchase goods via the website https://fanshop.fksarajevo.ba about the following:
- Main characteristics of the goods: Detailed product descriptions are available on our website.
- Prices: All prices are clearly stated next to each product and are expressed in convertible marks (BAM), including all taxes and additional costs, in accordance with Article 11 of the Law on Consumer Protection.
- Payment and delivery methods: Customers can pay for goods upon delivery (cash on delivery) or via bank payment cards when creating an order. Details on payment and delivery methods are available on our website.
- Right of withdrawal: In accordance with Article 47 of the Law on Consumer Protection, a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without stating a reason within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods. In case of withdrawal, the consumer bears the costs of returning the goods.
- Complaints and exchanges: In case of defects or discrepancies of the product with the description, the consumer has the right to a complaint in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

Statement on credit card purchase security
The confidentiality of your data is protected and secured using the latest TLS encryption. Web payment pages are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption.
SSL encryption is a data encoding process to prevent unauthorized access during data transmission.
This enables secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized access to data during communication between the user and the Monri WebPay payment gateway and vice versa.
The Monri WebPay payment gateway and financial institutions exchange data using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access.
Monri Payments is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider.
Credit card numbers are not stored by the Merchant and are not accessible to unauthorized personnel.
Payment methods
We accept payment on delivery (cash on delivery) or via payment cards. All payments are made in convertible marks (BAM).

Order completion
After confirming the order, you will receive a notification about the successfully submitted order. We will send the order confirmation to the email address you provided during registration.
Product availability
All orders are subject to product availability. In case of unavailability of the ordered product, we will inform you and offer a replacement product or a refund of the amount paid.

Refusal of order processing
We reserve the right to remove or modify any product or content from our website at any time, as well as to refuse to process an order after sending the order confirmation, in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

Procedure for returning goods within the legal period
In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection of BiH (Official Gazette of BiH, no. 25/06), purchases made through our website https://fanshop.fksarajevo.ba are considered distance sales.
The law stipulates the right of the buyer, who is considered a consumer (a natural person who buys a product to satisfy their personal needs, and not for the purpose of carrying out a professional activity), to withdraw from the contract within 15 days from the day the product was delivered to them.
When withdrawing, the buyer may, but is not obliged to, state the reasons for their withdrawal.
To initiate the procedure for returning goods and/or funds, please contact us via email at shop@fksarajevo.ba.
After that, you need to send a Statement of Withdrawal from the contract via email, which should contain the order number, the item code being returned, and in case of a refund, the account number to which the refund will be made, as well as the identification document number (ID card number or passport number).
The Statement of Withdrawal from the contract becomes effective from the day it is sent to the merchant via email.
In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer has the right to a refund or an exchange for another product. Refunds are made upon receipt of the product, after it has been determined that the product is undamaged and in proper condition.
The buyer is obliged to return the product without delay, no later than 15 days from the day they sent the withdrawal form.
After the expiry of 15 days from the date of sending the statement of withdrawal, the product can no longer be returned.
The product should be returned to the business unit from which it was sent.
Upon return, the product must be in proper, unused condition and in its original, undamaged packaging, with the attached receipt.
Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is in proper and undamaged condition.
The buyer is responsible for any defect or damage to the product that arises due to inadequate handling of the product.
The buyer is solely responsible for the diminished value of the product resulting from handling the product in a way that exceeds what is necessary to establish its characteristics and functionality.
If it is determined that the damage to the product was caused by the buyer's fault, no refund will be approved, and the product will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
The merchant is obliged to return the amount paid by the consumer under the contract without delay, no later than 15 days from the receipt of the statement of withdrawal, and after receiving the product.
The costs of returning goods and money are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the buyer receives a defective or wrong item.
Procedure for refund
In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer has the right to a refund or an exchange for another product.
Refunds are made upon receipt of the product, provided that the product is undamaged and in proper condition.
The merchant is obliged to return the amount paid by the consumer for the product within 15 days from the receipt of the statement of withdrawal, and after receiving the product.
The costs of returning goods and money are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the buyer receives a defective or wrong item.
Refunds can only be made if the buyer has followed the procedure for returning goods.
Refunds are made exclusively by payment to the buyer's current account.
It is not possible to process refunds via courier delivery or cash.
You cannot unilaterally exchange the product or request a refund at FK Sarajevo retail stores without prior contact and agreement with the Online Store operators.
